  15.  - Version 1.8a is a bugfix from the 1.8 version. No major changes.
  16.  - Major bugfix regarding the Configuration settings. In some cases NO
  17.    conferences were shown (sorry about that).
  18.  - A couple of smaller (what is a small bug?) bugfixes to the DIZ editor etc.
  19.  - OCONFIG.EXE included (actually it was in 1.8 too, but we forgat to mention
  20.    it). With OCONFIG you can easily configure O-File.

  52.  - You can now re-Read all files into the filelist with the "R" command.

  57.    function, you can break it by pressing (Esc). Then only the files that

  81.  - User Conference flag check implemented. If line 3 in OFILE.CFG is set to
  82.    YES the fileoperator can only access files in conferences where he has the
  83.    R Flag set. With this function you can prevent the FileOp from accessing
  84.    conferences that may be for the sysops own purposes.
  85.  - File Description editing implemented. Pressing E while selector is on a
  86.    fileline will open the DizEditor on that description. 
  87.  - Help texts added. By pressing H a helpscreen is displayed.
  88.  - O-File did have problems if your hard-drive paths in pcbsetup was not
  89.    full. e.g. ..\FILES\ETC gave an errorlevel. Now it's FIXED.

  94.  - You can now type the number of the Conference name and filedirectory if
  95.    you are too lazy to move the lightbar around.

  99.    type the contents of the file with the (T) command. Small problems with
  100.    the memory were discovered. Will try to fix it.

  102.  - Small bugfixes in the PPE file. (Faster code, less variables used, Error
  103.    Level checking when shelling to .EXE file)
